If you do not
know your PIN you can ask at any library
All
you need is your library card and some proof of your identity.
For
example, you may be asked your date of birth or your address.
Staff
will then give you your PIN written on a
card.
Your
PIN may be your date of birth if you
joined the library before July 2002.
Or
it may be 4 numbers long.
Changing
you PIN:-
- You can
ask a member of staff to change your PIN at any
time.
- PINs can be
letters or numbers (or both) up to 10 characters long that you can
remember.
- Please
don’t use the same PIN as you
use with your Bank Card.
When
you have a PIN you can use it with your library card
number on NeLib or when booking a library PC.
Remember
to keep your PIN safe.
